* We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes

Returns & Replacements
Return Policy

100% satisfaction is Wildflower's goal! If you are not please refer to the policy below. If you are not, please read the following policies.

* Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
* All sale merchandise are final sale.
* Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with original tags attached.
* If you were shipped the wrong item or an item was damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
* Merchandise that is purchased at creativewildflower.com can be returned to a Wildflower store, but are subject to store return policy.
[Store Return Policy is as follows: Unworn items may be exchanged or returned for a MERCHANDISE CREDIT. All returns must be made within 14 DAYS of purchase with the original
tags attached and the original receipt. NO REFUNDS.
* Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless a shipping error has occurred.
* Complete the returns form included with invoice.
* Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment and you will receive a notification email. Please send all returns, insured, along with the original invoice and returns form, in the original packaging to:

Ordering
* Orders will be shipped withing 48 hours of order placement depending on availabity. If item isn't available then an email will be sent immediately with other available options or you will be given a full refund.
* Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays.
* Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
* Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery.
